Site messed up

I am sorry folks, but after the last upgrade to my WordPress Theme, the site got pretty messed up. And I haven’t found the time yet to figure it all out….. Since my last update we did some rides in Italy, showed people around in Italy, visited Switzerland and had a vacation in the US (including a motorcycle accident, no less), so too much things going on ! Stay tuned, I am working on it !

Motor Tours in Italy

Hi everybody….. these past two years have been difficult and EuropeRides has been left at the side for a while. EuropeRide rides again

At long last we’ve managed to get ourselves in the saddle again. Not without some problems, mind you. After my rides 3 weeks ago, I found the GS’s NEW battery empty again. Back in the saddle soon

This is the first winter that I haven’t started the BMW(‘s). Shame on me ! And we did not even HAVE a winter in the sense of cold, ice and snow. Haven’t seen any of it. (Interested? check it out here!) Everything together, including a lot of other things and projects both business and private, have kept…

Spring Tour of Holland

With our customers safely on a plane heading back to Dallas Forth Worth Airport, we can look back on some fun guiding days this month. Nina and I helped our guests tour some of the nice places in the North of our country, including the Windmill Museum in the Schermer, visiting the 400 year old mill there, strolling along the beach at Egmond aan Zee, climbing The Monument tower on the Afsluitdijk and admiring the first tulip fields along the way ! The second day was spent in the Muiderslot, one of the oldest and most complete medieval castles of…

Next Rides and Activities

The good news: WINTER IS OVER ! You may think “well, duh!” But really, this winter has been the longest for many decades and although I have been riding our GS in France a few times along snow lined mountain roads, and the RT here in Holland in between frost periods, last week was the FIRST time THIS YEAR that Nina and I mounted up and rode along the West-Frisian country roads again! So what’s next? Ride whenever the sun is out !! AND….. …… the RT Treffen on APRIL 21st. That’s the now yearly meeting of BMW RT’s (mainly)…
